The project Service Chain for Continuous Learning to promote employment in Central Finland

The project Service Chain for Continuous Learning to promote employment in Central Finland will create a new lifelong learning service chain for the pilot municipalities in Central Finland. The aim is to promote employment in the region by providing short-term training that meets the needs of working life. In other words, relevant training and career guidance aim to eliminate the problem of mismatch between the skills of jobseekers and industries suffering from skilled labor shortages. At the same time, training and career services will be brought together in the OsaajaKS service chain, which is intended to be the base of a national model in Finland.
