The career monitoring survey for 2020 graduates has begun – Have your say and make a difference!

Did you graduate from Humak in 2020? Now is your chance to influence future education and guide future students towards sustainable career paths! 

The national career monitoring survey will be conducted from October 8 to November 9, 2025. All graduates of bachelor’s and master’s degrees in 2020 will receive a personal response link by email and text message on October 8. A reminder to respond will be sent by text message on October 21 and by email on October 30.  

Please note the sender of the emails concerning the survey is “Humak” and the address is “uraseurannat@arvokyselyt.fi“. The sender of the text messages is also “Humak”. 

Why are your answers important?

Alumni know the realities of working life and the skills needed better than anyone else. That is why your experience and feedback play a key role in developing Humak’s degree programs and guiding students toward sustainable career paths.  

By responding to the survey, you will support both the development of future professionals’ skills and the renewal of our entire higher education community. The number of responses also has a direct impact on the funding Humak receives, and the Ministry of Education and Culture uses them to evaluate the quality of universities of applied sciences.  

Humak will call you 

We aim to contact all 2020 graduates by phone – we want to hear from you and remind you how important your response is.  

Last year, alumni were delighted to be contacted and appreciated the personal touch. Many said that the calls brought back fond memories of their student days and considered keeping in touch an important part of the interaction between alumni and the university.  

Record results last year

In the fall 2024 survey, 197 alumni responded to Humak – the response rate of 61.8 % was the highest of all universities of applied sciences and the best in the history of the survey! Join us in achieving an even better result this year!
