Whistleblowing channel
Whistleblowing channel is meant for reporting suspected wrongdoing under the Whistleblower Directive.
You can report suspicions of misconduct concerning the Humak University of Applied Sciences, including the following topics:
- public procurement
- money laundering and terrorist financing
- product safety and information compliance
- privacy and personal data protection, and
- network and information systems security.
The person reporting the incident has whistleblower protection and reports are submitted anonymously. Reports received through the reporting channel are processed by the Rector and the Director of Administration, who are bound by confidentiality.
Although suspicion of misconduct is sufficient to make a report, the report must not be made in bad faith. Reporting false or misleading information intentionally made with the intent to cause harm may result in liability for damages if it causes harm to Humak or the person being reported.
The reporting channel should not be used to report suspected wrongdoing other than those mentioned above. The channel is not a general feedback channel for, for example, training or other Humak activities. If you are a Humak student, you can take initiatives, provide development ideas and report quality deviations through the initiative and quality channels. You can report safety-related deviations through the security channel. You can find the forms in the Student Guide.
