Plain Language Communication in Social and Health Services in North Savo
We participated in developing plain-language communication in social and health services through the Ydinasia project in North Savo. Our focus area was ensuring that the language used in services is understandable for different client groups. The project supported professionals in using clear language, improved client understanding, and enhanced accessibility in everyday interactions.
Project Evaluation Makes Impacts Visible
An external project evaluation helped the Digisiivet 55+ initiative identify its real strengths and demonstrate its tangible societal impact. The evaluation revealed how participant-centered training enhanced digital skills, created a chain reaction of learning and multiplied the project’s effects within participants’ own networks.
At the same time, the evaluation supported the creation of a scalable implementation guide, allowing the model to be adopted by other organizations. High-quality evaluation does more than report results—it helps build the next, even more impactful projects.
