We combine community education, theories of organizational development, and the Inner Development Goals framework into a holistic learning experience.
15 ECTS Master Class
Five modules, contact sessions, and independent work between sessions. Throughout the programme, you will work on a real development challenge from your own organization.

Relationship with Self and Others
Self-awareness, presence, and psychological safety. Trust and a shared purpose in times of change.
Complexity and Thinking
Systems thinking, sensemaking, and resistance to change as a resource. Foresight and a long-term orientation.
Collective Leadership
Shared leadership, facilitation, and dialogue. Addressing conflicts as a resource for learning and development.
Action and Experimentation
A culture of experimentation, change interventions, and practical implementation. Courage and perseverance in embedding change into everyday work.
Sustainable Change Capability
Embedding change, hybrid community building, well-being, and continuous development. Making change capability an integral part of organizational culture.
Implementation and learning rhythm
The Master Class consists of five contact sessions (2 days per module) as well as development work carried out between the sessions. During the interim periods, you will apply what you have learned in your own organization and reflect on your progress in a learning journal through the IDG dimensions. The programme also includes peer group work and mentoring by the facilitators.
Final project
You will prepare a development plan for a change-capable workplace, including an analysis of the current state, concrete actions, assigned responsibilities and a timeline, along with a reflection on your own development as a change agent.
