AI for Authentic Inclusion
We increase knowledge and understanding of the possibilities of AI in organizations’ services through training and practical experimentation.
Understand, utilize, influence – AI to support organizations
Artificial Intelligence and Genuine Participation is a two-year project co-funded by the European Union in the Pirkanmaa and Southwest Finland regions. Humak’s role in the project is to evaluate competence development, train professionals, and facilitate co-development processes.
AI literacy is a new civic skill. The EU has made the AI Act, which is the world’s first law concerning artificial intelligence. The law, for example, requires every organization to guarantee sufficient AI literacy skills and competence in artificial intelligence for their personnel.
The project promotes the competence of non-profit sector professionals in organizations from the perspective of AI use. The goal is for professionals to be able to utilize the opportunities offered by AI in planning and implementing their own work, as well as to guide their clients in situations related to AI. The project strengthens the AI literacy competence, understanding of operating principles, and AI technology usage skills of persons in vulnerable positions participating in organizations’ activities.
Objectives
