DigiOsaava55+ is a collaborative initiative between Savonia and Humak Universities of Applied Sciences. Our mission is to boost the digital literacy and confidence of the 55+ demographic, ensuring they remain competitive in an evolving workforce.

As digitalization transforms job roles, we provide a low-threshold, supportive environment to update essential skills. This nationwide project reaches participants through labor market organizations, social media, and regional networks.

Objectives & Measures

1) Skill Enhancement: Implementing modular micro-courses covering AI, cybersecurity, and communication.

2) Flexibility: A study program designed to be completed alongside full-time work.

3) Personalization: Individual learning plans and continuous guidance throughout the studies.
