Streamfluence – promoting youth empowerment through streaming – is a project implemented in cooperation with Savonia University of Applied Sciences, the youth councils of Iisalmi, Kuopio and Varkaus Youth Services and the North Savo County Youth Council.

The aim of the project is to strengthen youth empowerment in youth councils through streaming. The focus is on young people’s own wishes and needs for the development of their activities.

Co-development workshops will be held with young people to identify their existing knowledge and wishes in the field of streaming. Young people’s ideas will be used to experiment with and explore the different possibilities that streaming can offer for advocacy. The output will be a development plan for the use of streaming and digital content production in youth council activities, including concrete measures to be developed together with the young people.
