Revealing the Hidden Resources

We are seeking concrete solutions to combat youth unemployment in Finland and Lithuania.

General information

The goal of the Hidden Resources project is to address the unemployment problem of 18–29-year-old NEETs (Not in Employment, Education or Training) in Lithuania and Finland. We utilize the Dutch supported employment model, which focuses on innovative methods such as coaching and mentoring, through which young people are provided with the skills and self-confidence needed to integrate into working life. The method has been developed by the project’s expert partner SWOM. Humak acts as the project evaluator.
