What is professional supervision?
Professional supervision is a structured process in which work-related issues, experiences, emotions, leadership, and the operating environment are examined and reflected upon with the support of a trained professional supervisor.
This programme deepens understanding of work and professional practices, strengthens professional identity, and enhances communication and wellbeing within work communities. Supervision provides strong support during times of change.
“I gained insights into how to raise difficult issues, how to truly listen to others, and how to search for solutions together.”
Maria Länsiö, graduate of the Transformative Supervisor Programme

Registration for continuing education becomes binding after the final application deadline. If participation is cancelled after the registration period, 50% of the tuition fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the programme, the full tuition fee will be charged. In case of an obstacle, the study place may be transferred to a colleague.
