JärKeä – Longevity for Associations in North Savo

The aim of the JärKeä – Longevity for Associations in North Savo project was to promote the wellbeing of CSO professionals and to deepen the management skills of trustees in organisations. The project included expert lectures open to all interested parties, workshops, peer meetings and individual organisations’ own development processes.

The project involved 34 organisations in Northern Savo.

The project ran from 1.4.2020 to 31.12.2022.

The project produced information, support and tools to support organisational actors’ well-being at work and work development. The project resulted in the creation of the Prosperous Civil Society Organisation website (only in Finnish, (https://hyvinvoiva-jarjesto.humak.fi), which is available to all interested parties. The website is maintained by the Humak University of Applied Sciences.

The project was managed by Humak University of Applied Sciences.

Project funding: European Social Fund: ESF3 Employment and labour mobility, specific objective 7.1 Improving productivity and well-being at work.

The South Savo ELY Centre (South Savo Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment) was the national funding body.
