The programme is designed for professionals working in expert, development and supervisory roles, as well as for those aiming to move into coaching and development roles within work communities.

Programme content
The programme consists of webinars, assignments, independent study and peer learning. A central element is your own development project, the results of which are documented in a coaching portfolio. These courses are taught in Finnish.
