Rolling Admission

Rolling Admission Autumn 2026

Humak’s Rolling Admission period opens on 28 September and closes on 23 November 2026, or when the starting places are filled. Studies will begin in autumn 2027. Applications are submitted through the StudyInfo service.

Three study options are available in this admission round: Community Educator (BA) Adventure and Outdoor Education, Community Educator (BA) Wellbeing and the Futures of Youth and Community Work and Wellbeing Tourism (MA). These degree programmes are taught in English.

Eligbility criteria for Bachelor´s programs

Applicants must hold a completed secondary school qualification from one of the countries listed below. Selection is based either on the applicant’s secondary school grade point average or on a completed secondary school qualification (no GPA requirement) combined with SAT results.

All eligible applicants will be invited to an interview. Detailed information and timetable of the interviews can be found on Studyinfo.

Eligbility criteria for Master´s programs

Eligible applicants must hold a relevant degree from a University of Applied Sciences or another relevant higher education degree. In addition to a prior degree, applicants must have at least two years of work experience in the relevant field after completing the aforementioned degree. The relevant field is considered to be both the field for which the applicant is now applying and the field in which the degree qualifying the applicant for admission was earned.

Application fee

Starting from 1 Jan 2025, applicants from outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland are required to pay an application fee in order to apply to higher education studies.If you are from outside the aforementioned area and you are applying to Bachelor’s or Master’s level studies in Finland, you will need to pay the application fee. The application fee is 100 euros. The application fee does not guarantee that you will be offered admission to studies.
