Bachelor’s Degree Entrance Exam

The UAS entrance examination is a joint digital entrance examination.

Registration

To register for the entrance exam, use the application form to select the time and place that suits you from the available options. The available options are filled in the order of registration. The selection is binding and cannot be changed after the application period.

Selection test dates will be announced during the winter.

Preparing for the entrance exam

You take the entrance exam on your own laptop under the supervision of the University of Applied Sciences. You will need a computer that meets the requirements for the exam. Before the exam, read the instructions on the page www.ammattikorkeakouluun.fi. If you need special arrangements for the exam, you will find instructions on the same site.

Degree Based Admissions

You can be selected for this application method on the basis of a secondary education diploma without taking an entrance examination. Universities of applied sciences use common scoring models for the matriculation examination, the vocational bachelor’s degree (vocational bachelor’s degrees completed as of 1 August 2015) and the international EB and IB degrees, as well as the RP / DIA degrees completed in Finland.

Cultural Manager (Bachelor’s Degree), Online Degree

The entrance exam is carried out in two stages and exams the applicant’s suitability for the field of cultural production, motivation, self-direction and learning skills for both university and online studies.

1. The first stage of the entrance examination is an online course of 3 ECTS.

2. The second stage of the selection test is an interview, which is conducted by video conference.
