Study office supports student
Student Services support students by providing a range of services and guidance, including advice on enrolment procedures, matters related to the study register, and study rights.
Humak’s Student Services operate in a centralised manner and serve our students by email at opintotoimisto@humak.fi and by phone at +358 29 451 9253. Telephone service hours are Monday to Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The telephone service is closed on Fridays.
Open UAS Services provide guidance on matters related to studies at Humak’s Open University of Applied Sciences. They can be contacted by email at avoinamk@humak.fi and by phone at +358 29 451 9230. Telephone service hours are Monday to Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Applicant Services support applicants to Humak and those interested in degree studies. They can be contacted by email at hakijapalvelut@humak.fi and by phone at +358 29 451 9300. Applicant Services’ telephone service is generally available Monday to Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
IT Services provide students with access to online services
Humak’s IT Administration delivers the information and communication technology environment required for studying and teaching, enabling online services to be accessed at all Humak campuses as well as outside the institution.
All students have access to the Peppi student information system and Office 365 services. The IT Administration also provides technical support to users when needed.

Ordering copies of certificates – service price list
You can verify your studies / degree from the Koski service at https://opintopolku.fi/koski/. In Koski, you can make a shared link about the studies you want and forward it to the person you want, for example when applying for a job or a place to study.
You can order a copy of your Degree Diploma or Transcript of Records from Humak University of Applied Sciences after you have graduated or your study entitlement has ended in other ways. Please fill this this electronic form and follow the instructions given. A fee is charged to graduates and to students who have otherwise completed or discontinued their studies for duplicate copies of certificates or transcripts (re-issue), in accordance with the price list below:
Transcript of Records
- Paper transcript sent by post: €20
(applies to students who completed their studies after 1 January 2017)
- Electronic transcript: €0
Copy of Degree Certificate with Appendices
- Paper copy of the degree certificate sent by post: €30
Copies of degree certificates are provided by post only for students who graduated before 1 September 2022.
- Electronic copy of the degree certificate: €0
You may order an electronic copy of your degree certificate only if your original degree certificate was issued electronically
(applies to students who graduated on or after 1 September 2022).
