Milla Leinonen

Introduction

I work as Project Manager of the Paths2Work project (Interreg Central Baltic). The project aims to improve employment opportunities for young people with disabilities in Finland and Estonia by developing and testing individual and group-based employment support models, while strengthening employers’ capacity for inclusive recruitment. As Project Manager, I am responsible for the overall coordination of the project, cross-border partner cooperation, reporting, and the dissemination and long-term integration of project results into practice.
