Revealing The Hidden Resources – Supported Employment for Neets with Support Needs
In the week of February 24, we are officially launching our ESF+ project “Revealing The Hidden Resources”! This European initiative focuses on knowledge sharing and collaboration, with SWOM as an expert partner. Our role? We share our approach so that our methodology can be applied by our international partners in Finland and Lithuania.
With this project, we are not only putting our vision of comprehensive life guidance on the European map, but we are also gaining valuable experience for future European funding opportunities. A great step forward!
