Objectives

In the TREENI project, the work opportunities for young people and the prerequisites for modifying and subdividing tasks are tailored and promoted in cooperation with companies and other employers. The project develops and produces effective multiprofessional and multi-disciplinary services.

The competency marks developed in the project measures development of
work community as well as skill’s of young people during and after the project. This supports
prerequisites for employment. The project also creates a completely new, comprehensive
working community trainer operating model to support young people and working communities.

The novelty value of the project is related to the fact that support is given to the young
person as well as to the working communities on a long-term basis, not just until recruitment, as is often
the case in employment-related projects and development activities. The work communities’own expertise will be developed in such a way that in the future they can manage without the measures of the project.

The aim of the TREENI project is not only to promote the good life of individuals through placement and participation in working life, but also to influence the activities of communities and thus society, for example by increasing the understanding of diversity and equality.
