Flexible Online Education FONE

National network of online degrees (FONE)
The project will create a national network of online degrees, which will provide a framework and operational models for educational solutions.
These solutions will be achieved with the cooperation of HEIs and working life. This cooperation answers to society’s changes and needs to renew higher education according to the themes of sustainable development and continuous learning.
With the help of the network, new, broader opportunities to offer flexible study opportunities in new study fields in digital environments will be achieved.

Objectives

The goals of the project are:
-Creating a network of online degrees and strengthening cooperation in the national supply for digital studies and research.
-Creating operational models for national online degrees with the members of the network, including the development of digital pedagogy, and supporting involvement and well-being of the students with new technologies and innovations.
-Mapping new, existing, and yet-to-be-developed online degrees and creating support for teaching in the themes of climate change and internationalization on bachelor and master levels.
