Resilience, Green Transition And Digitalization of SMEs

The Resilience, Green Transition And Digitalization of SMEs (REACT, Southern Finland) project supports companies in situations of change by strengthening their skills. Events, micro-courses and projects organized by universities for companies raise the level of competence and knowledge of companies and employees and enable peer-to-peer learning. Various events, learning methods, models, training and advisory services promote and develop the capabilities, know-how and ability to change of companies and personnel in a rapidly changing operating environment. The project is financed by the European Social Fund’s REACT-EU funding as part of the measures implemented by the European Union due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Objectives

The goal of the project is to develop and spread new types of learning possibilities and to implement events that support companies’ ability to change in the green transition and the utilization of new technology. Cooperation between universities of applied sciences and companies enables new learning and development related to the green transition, digital transformation and the ability to change. The goal is to produce the necessary initial information for the ability of companies and entrepreneurs to change, which contributes to sustainable system change, the green transition and the utilization of new technologies, as well as the development of operating models in the operations of companies.
