The Hyvinvoiva Humak Project aims to promote the well-being and quality of work for the entire staff at Humak through enhancing activities. The project’s guiding principles revolve around collaborative and participatory development.
The project’s action lines include:
1) Structures supporting interaction
2) Cognitive load
The project will be implemented between September 1, 2023, and December 31, 2024.
The content of the project’s development work is based on the well-being survey of Humak staff conducted in 2022. The project will be carried out in collaboration with the entire staff and management of Humak. Seventeen developers, representing various tasks and areas within Humak, are involved in the project’s action lines. The project is funded by OAJ:n Työhyvinvointirahasto/ OAJ:n Humak-opettajat and Humak.
